How do I book? 🖱️
Use our online booking system. Select your product, scroll to the bottom and click “book online”. Available 24/7. Fast, simple and secure.
How long in advance should I book? ⏳
Book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially weekends and school holidays.
What payment methods are acceptable? 💳
- Full payment required at the point of booking.
- Pay by credit/debit card or PayPal online.
- Bank transfer available — call us to arrange payment.
Do you deliver to my area? 🚚
We deliver within 25 miles of Uxbridge. Delivery charges vary by postcode. If your postcode isn’t listed, call 07522 331905 or email info@wizardbouncycastles.co.uk for a quote.
Are castles suitable for indoor and outdoor use? 🏠🌳
- Yes. Most units fit indoors and outdoors depending on venue size and ceiling height.
- Outdoor hires are weather dependent.
- Check product dimensions and required space before booking.
What will happen in the case of bad weather? ☔️
- Light showers: many inflatables have covers and can continue with caution.
- Heavy rain/high winds including predicted gusts (>24mph): we assess on the morning of the booking and will contact you if postponement or a FREE date change is required.
- If you cancel due to weather, normal cancellation terms still apply.
Can I keep the castle overnight? 🌙
Overnight hire is no longer available. Late collection past 7pm may be possible for an extra charge.
What do I need to do on the day? ✅
- Provide clear access and a clean site free from debris and animal fouling.
- Move cars or cut back hedges if needed for access.
- Ensure a power supply within 25m of the unit (unless stated otherwise).
I do not have a side gate to my garden. Can you bring the equipment through the house? 🚪
Yes. Most of our castles can fit through a house. Follow these steps:
- Check the individual product description for the required access width.
- Ensure there is clear, sufficient access inside the property.
- Remove fragile items from the transfer route.
Note: We will not accept responsibility for dirt or damage caused by transporting the castle on a sack barrow through the house.
How much electricity does the bouncy castle use? ⚡️
Bouncy castles are powered by an electric fan. Running cost is approximately 20–30p per hour. This is a general estimate; exact consumption varies by model and fan size.
Delivery and collection times ⏰
- FREE flexi delivery: 6am–1pm.
- Pay extra for a specific hour slot.
- FREE standard collection: 4pm–7pm. Later collection available for a fee.
Age limits and capacity 👶🧑
Each product lists age/height limits in its description. Children’s castles are for kids only. For adults, choose our adult castles.
Setup and duration 🔧
- Setup time: approx. 20–30 minutes per unit.
- Pack away: approx. 20–30 minutes.
- You can hire the castle for the whole day; select delivery and collection times when booking.
Can I have a party in a park or on public land? 🎉
It depends on several factors. Before hiring we must confirm all of the following:
- Written permission from the land owner or authority.
- Adequate electric supply at the site.
- Safe access for delivery and removal of equipment.
- Under no circumstances should the equipment be left unattended at any point.
We will assess each request case-by-case and advise if extra conditions apply.
Safety, testing and insurance 🔒
- All castles are RPII or PIPA tested and comply with BS EN 14960:2013.
- Electrical equipment is PAT tested regularly.
- We hold up to £5 million Public Liability Insurance (PLI).
Surface and anchorage 🪨
- Flat, clear surface required. Outdoor: grass free from sharp objects and animal fouling.
- Hard surfaces: we can install on tarmac or concrete and may drill 10mm anchor holes (can be filled at collection).
- Each inflatable requires a 13A household plug or 16A CEE socket. A 25m extension lead is supplied.

Events, multiple hires and staff 🎉
- We can supply multiple castles and event services including soft play, face paint, glitter tattoos and staff.
- Event equipment is usually manned; staff charges may apply.

I am unsure on size, can you help me? 📏
Yes. We can advise on size to avoid disappointment on the day. To help us decide:
- Send a clear photograph of the setup area.
- Include measurements if possible (width, length, height clearance).
- Tell us about obstacles like trees, slopes, or fences.
We will judge based on previous hires and contact you if we need further information.
Can you provide a bouncy castle for an event I am holding? 🎪
Yes. Wizard Bouncy Castles can supply equipment for events, including:
- Bouncy Castle
- Soft Play
- Face Paint & Glitter Tattoos
For events we usually provide staffed operation. This means you will need staff to man the equipment and ensure safety throughout the hire period.
Cancellations and changes ❗️
All cancellations must be emailed to info@wizardbouncycastles.co.uk. Free date change available within one year.
- Prior to 7 days before the booking date: £20 charge, remaining balance fully refundable.
- Within 7 days: 50% charge or loss of security deposit (£20 per asset), whichever greater.
- Within 72 hours: 75% charge or loss of security deposit (£20 per asset), whichever greater.
- Within 24 hours or on delivery: 100% charge.
- Any event staff cancellations: 100% charge.
Please note: It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that there is adequate space and electricity supply for the chosen products.This includes the lowest part of ceiling height for indoor venues. All of our product sizes are written within the description of the product, as is the space that we require. On delivery, if the products will not fit in the space provided the hirer will be subject to the full 100% balance of the total charge. We cannot be held responsible if the products do not fit. Each inflatable will require either a 13amp household plug socket or a 16amp cee form socket. You are supplied with a 25m extension cable, if you require longer then it is your responsibility to make prior arrangements with us.

Upgrades and downgrades 🔁
Upgrades allowed; balance due before confirmation. Downgrades allowed if available, but no refunds offered if you've been booked in for more than 3 days prior.
