I looked at Google reviews before booking and couldn't understand how there was a raft of 5 star and 1 star experiences. I booked and experienced both. I paid £230 upfront for a bouncy disco castle with slide (1st class castle) but the night before my daughter's party I got a cancellation (no refund) e-mail saying I'd failed to send my photo ID and a utility bill. I lost a nights sleep, spent all morning arranging another castle and as you can imagine it wasn't the calmest start to my daughter's birthday. In the end Wizard accepted my late ID submission (as it was a quieter time of year) and the castle and delivery/ set up/ service were 5 stars. Apparently the ID and utility bill are needed as some people nick the castles but for 12 hours I felt like I'd fallen foul of a scam. Read the email and contract you sign thoroughly and comply and I'm sure you'll have a good experience - but miss the ID request and deadline and you may end up kicking yourself.

Best bouncy castle company!

The most friendly and helpful bouncy castle company you will find - definitely recommended! Wizard Bouncy Castles have excellent customer service and were very willing to help. They were understanding, punctual and patient. The Adult Disco Bouncy castle was the highlight of the event and enjoyed by everyone who attended. I will most definitely be using them again.

Used the Farm yard soft play areana for my sons 1st birthday party, it was amazing he loved it so did all the other kids definitely saved money in the long run as I found this the cheapest. Will definitely be using Wizards again, lovely staff & very happy with our service.

Farm yard arena and soft play
I called wizards very last minute to book my sons first birthday, they were amazing and very helpful they found the perfect soft play for us and I loved it my son didn't stop playing and had the best day ever! I will definitely be using them again next year, and will be recommending to my friends. Friendly staff too.

Brilliant company!!!
I contacted Wizard Bouncy Castles to hire a disco dome for my daughters birthday party. Their level of customer service was superb and the quality of the disco dome that we hired was also fantastic... lovely and clean and the kids (and adults) had so much fun. I must add that i had also contact two other local companies when enquiring and both of the other companies were unhelpful and totally disorganised. If I need a bouncy castle in the future - I will only be contacted Wizard Bouncy Castles because they were excellent from the moment I enquired right through to delivery and collection. I would recommend using this company to help you with your party or special event!

Great service and castles
Recently booked for my sons 3rd Birthday via very easy to use website, unfortunately the original colour castle I wanted was not available but they went out of their way to try and resolve the situation and compensated me with 4 additional ride ons to make up for it. On the day castle arrived on time and was set up promptly, great service from start to finish to when it came to taking bouncy castle down. Would book again and recommend to friends :)

Superhero bouncy castle and slide

We hired the castle for our daughters 5th birthday party and it was exactly what we were after. The kids loved it plus the extra of it also having a slide.

We could not have asked for better customer service. Easy to book and they arrived on time to set up and pick up at the end. A lovely family business who excel in what they provide.

Fantastic service and all round great experience
Hi, we used the services WBC for a family get together and I must say even though I requested the bouncy castle 24hours before, the team at WBC were so helpful and efficient.

I will definitely use them again when the opportunity arises. Thanks WBC team. The team arrived promptly on time to set up, hassle free and arrived promptly to take it away, again hassle free. An initial PayPal fee is taken but immediately refunded upon successful inspection of the bouncy castle.

The company has a great website where booking is made very easy but you can still phone up for any information though everything you need to know really is on their site! On the day of the party the castle arrived bang on time and they were so friendly the pick up went just as smoothly. This guy is a family man, works hard and deserves all the business he gets. Hired disco dome for a birthday bbq for everyone to enjoy and we done just that. Extremely happy with Wizard castles and the service they have given us. Wizard castles were absolutely brilliant I can not fault them in anyway. I had another company let me down less than 24 hours before the party and wizard castles were recommended, so within minutes of me contacted them my crisis was solved. The day of the party they arrived early and set up no problem.
